Description: The structure of the technological area includes the following technological facilities:

• Production line for drying;

• Automatic gas distribution station Each production line with capacity of 15 mln.nm3/day consists of the following equipment
• Adsorbers with valve blocks for each adsorber – 6 units; (capacity of each unit is 3.5 mln.nm3/day);
• Furnace blocks: valve block for fuel lines, valve block for product lines, valve block for metering lines – 1 unit;
• Gas cooler – 1 unit;

Project name: EPIC of Stand Alone Export Oil Treatment Facilities

Customer: State Concern “Тurkmennebit”, Operator: “Consortium Khazar”

Description: According to the contract PETRO GAS Company has committed for engineering, procurement and construction of oil treatment facilities on oilfield Eastern Cheleken, which is operated by State concern Turkmennebit. Facilities designed for treatment capacity 500-3000 cubic meter emulsion which can contain 50% water and near 1000000 cubic meter gas per day. Quality of treated oil should meet TDS/GOST 9965-76 requirement for 1 group export oil.

The main points of project are:

• Oil Storage Vertical Tank 3×5000 m3
• AKER Oil Treatment Equipment:
• Two “Slug Catcher” units, with 19 000 BPD capacity each, Fuel Gas Scrubber, Two “Heater-Treater” units, with 19 000 BPD capacity each, Degassing Boot.

• Gas Turbine Power Generator 3800 kW (Solar® Turbines)

Description: Gas dewatering facility with capacity of 21.9 billion m3/year installation on Malay-Bagtyyarlyk gas-line.

• Gas-line part installation (scraper receiving unit).

Project name: EPIC Project – 30” trunk pipeline and 2 infield lines.

Year: 2009-2013

Customer: “Dragon Oil” (Turkmenistan) Ltd.

Description: Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd., operator of the existing oil field in Cheleken Contract Area, Turkmenistan, modifies the existing oil-and-gas production, transportation and refining systems. Under the modifications, Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd. negotiated the contract with PetroGas FZE for EPIC of new 30” trunk-line and two sub-sea infield pipelines.

Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd., operator of the existing oil field in Cheleken Contract Area, Turkmenistan, modifies the existing oil-and-gas production, transportation and refining systems.
Under the modifications, Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd. negotiated the contract with PetroGas FZE for EPIC of new 30” trunk-line and two sub-sea infield pipelines.

• Installation of a new 30” trunk line connecting Block 2 platform and NPSF (length – Offshore 29 km and Onshore 10 km).
• Installation of 4 nos. 12” Sub-sea tie-ins on the new 30” trunk line.
• Installation of intra-field 18” Sub-sea flow line from LAM 28 platform to LAM A plat- form (length – Offshore 5 km).
• Installation of intra-field 20” Sub-sea flow line from LAM A platform to Block 2 platform (length – Offshore 5 km).
• Installation of Pig Launcher at LAM 28 platform and Pig Receiver at LAM A platform for 18” pipeline.
• Installation of Pig Launcher at LAM A platform and Pig Receiver at Block 2 platform for 20” pipeline.
• Installation of Pig Launcher at BLOCK-2 platform and Pig Receiver at NPSF for 30” pipeline.
